（中央社記者曾盈瑜台北4日電）中國國民黨政策會執行長賴士葆今天說，樂見兩岸領導人在國際場合會面。立法院黨團副書記長王育敏說，兩岸有溝通就能增加信任，馬習會對於穩定兩岸關係有正面幫助。

政府高層3日晚間證實總統馬英九與大陸領導人習近平確定7日於新加坡會面。行政院長毛治國與總統府秘書長曾永權已安排4日向立法院、在野黨說明，因此絕非偷偷摸摸的安排。

王育敏受訪時建議在野黨不要操之過急，急著指責馬習會「親中賣台」或者「黑箱作業」。這樣的說法可能太偏頗，等到實際碰面、看雙方談什麼話題再下定論也不晚。
