中國國民黨主席朱立倫今天再度對立法院副院長洪秀柱造成委屈致歉，他說十七日召開臨全會是國民黨「救亡圖存的時刻」，「絕對不是爭權力、求好處的時候」。

朱立倫今天下午在中常會上發表談話，談話前他先向大家鞠躬，他說「這是一個我們不得不做決定的時刻，也是我們不得不做的決定」，身為黨主席一定要為做出這個決定，向所有黨員同志表示歉意，他努力不夠、溝通不足，對於造成洪秀柱的委屈困擾，表達最高歉意。

朱立倫說，距離二○一六總統大選，剩下不到一百天，國民黨選情空前低迷，不管是基層民情反映或民調數據，「都告訴我們必須要調整步伐，重新出發」。

朱立倫說，常會已經決定十七日要召開臨時全代會，「這是我們國民黨救亡圖存的時刻」，但「絕對不是爭權力、求好處的時候」。

朱立倫說，這段時間他深刻感受大家的焦慮、無奈與茫然，甚至很多黨員的憤怒，作為黨主席，他不能看黨走入歷史，不能見到同志的敗選而不努力奮起，大家都是一個心情，都是愛黨，愛台灣、愛中華民國。
